Cherry Streusel Coffee Cake

Ingredientes

  • 5 tbsp. butter
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 2 tbsp. sugar

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in sauce pan and set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 c. dry cake mix, yeast, flour, Large eggs and water. Beat 2 min at medium speed. Spread dough in greased 9 x 13 and set aside.
  2. In sauce pan combine remaining cake mix with cool melted butter. To make streusel top, spoon fruit filling over dough in pan. Sprinkle sugar over and then streusel over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min. When cool glaze. (1 c. 10x powdered sugar, 1 Tbsp. corn syrup, 1 Tbsp. water mixed.)
