Receta Chettinad Vendakkai Sadam (Bhindi Rice)
Ingredients:
- Bhindi (vendakkai) – 10, chopped
- Cooked Rice – 1 cup
- Tamarind Extract – 1 tblsp, thick
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Dry Red Chillies – 4
- Bengal Gram Dal – 1 tsp
- Cinnamon – 2
- Cashewnuts – 10
- Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves – few
- Oil – 1 tblsp
- Salt as per taste
Coriander Leaves – few, to garnish
