Ingredientes

  • 2 can chick peas - (15 ounce ea) liquid removed
  • 1 sm jar roasted red peppers - (6 ounce) liquid removed well, and coarsely minced
  • 1/2 x lemon juiced
  • 2 x garlic cloves cracked away from peel
  • 4 x stems fresh rosemary leaves stripped Coarse salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pkt Everything flavor flat breads
  • 1 pt grape tomatoes rinsed
  • 1 x zucchini sliced 1/4" disks

Direcciones

  1. Combine chick peas, roasted red pepper, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper in a food processor. Turn the processor on and stream in 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Remove smooth spread to a serving bowl and surround with flat breads, grape tomatoes, and zucchini disks.
  3. This recipe yields 8 to 10 appetizer servings.
