Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 to 3 pound chicken (best with boneless)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1/2 c. chili sauce
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp. molasses
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce

Direcciones

  1. Season chicken pcs with salt and pepper. Coat lightly with flour and brown in the oil. Remove the chicken from the skillet and place in casserole. Remove grease from skillet and simmer the liquid mix of orange juice, chili sauce, green pepper, mustard, garlic salt, molasses and soy sauce. Simmer for 3 min. Pour over chicken in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
