Chicken Abobo With Mushrooms

Ingredientes

  • 2 pound chicken
  • 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 10 peppercorns
  • 4 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms

Direcciones

  1. Cut chicken into serving pcs. Combine together chicken, garlic, vinegar, water, salt, and peppercorns in a deep skillet. Cook over moderate heat and allow to boil till chicken is tender.
  2. Remove chicken and fry in veg. oil till brown. Return chicken to sauce and add in mushrooms. Cook till mushrooms are tender.
