Ingredientes

  • 1 spring chicken cut in serving sizes
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce (low salt)
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 head fresh garlic
  • 8 to 10 pepper corn
  • 1 sm. bay leaf
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt according to taste
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon monosodium glutamate (Accent)
  • 1/3 c. sherry, optional

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients by hand in a pot. Marinate for about 5 min. Boil slowly and covered till meat is almost cooked. Don't stir. Remove cover. Stir and continue boiling till meat is tender. Serve warm with rice.
