Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 5 1/2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 tsp Thin soy
  • 2 Tbsp. Fermented Black Beans
  • 3 x Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 x Garlic cloves, minced with
  • 1 slc Ginger root, x
  • 4 c. Asparagus, fresh Sliced in 1" diagonals
  • 1 c. Chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp. Black soy
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch, dissolved in
  • 1 Tbsp. -cool water
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 tsp Thin soy
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch

Direcciones

  1. Marinate chicken.
  2. Mash blackbeans with garlic and 1/2 tsp. oil. Heat wok. Add in 2 Tbsp. oil. Add in blackbean mix and asparagus. Stir well. Add in half the chicken broth and stir fry about 5 min. Set aside.
  3. Heat wok. Add in 2 Tbsp. oil. Add in garlic and ginger, then chicken. Stir till chicken is white. Add in black soy, remaining chicken broth, and aspatagus mix. Stir till thick.
