Ingredientes

  • 4 x Tegel boneless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 200 gm medallion shoulder bacon, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. First Choice extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 sm onion, minced
  • 1 sm red pepper, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Trident chilli & garlic sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Cotterrill & Rouse sweet chilli mustard
  • 1 pkt Timos filo pastry
  • 1 x Frenz egg, beaten Gregg's cajun seasoning to dust Watties stirfry vegetables to serve

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in saute/fry pan, lightly brown chicken and bacon, add in the onion and pepper.
  2. Cook till softened.
  3. Remove from heat, fold in the chilli sauce and mustard.
  4. Lay 3 sheets of filo on top of each other, making a star shape.
  5. Spoon the fiery chicken onto the pastry.
  6. Brush edges with beaten egg. Bring up the edges and twist to encase the filling.
  7. Repeat to make four crackers.
  8. Place onto baking tray, brush with beaten egg and lightly dust with cajun seasoning.
  9. Bake at 200 C for 10-15 min.
  10. Meanwhile, stirfry the vegetables and serve.
