My mom is and always has been a great cook. But mom made the same dozen or so dishes over and over again.
It took me years to try something new.
Often, I had to try it twice with spans of years in between before actually liking something I thought I didn’t like.
My baby girl tells me she just doesn’t like bacon. I know really. Who in their right mind doesn’t like bacon? Besides vegans, vegetarians, and the sort.
She wasn’t to pleased when she saw these on the dinner table and opted out. But hey, that’s okay. They hubby was quite pleased with this dish and had no problem eating Melissa’s portion too.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
