Chicken And Balsamic Wine Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x shallots, chopped
  • 10 x sun-dry tomatoes, minced
  • 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 1/8 c. balsamic vinegar Rosemary Thyme Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Cut chicken in 1-inch squares. Lightly flour, heat butter and oil over medium-high flame. Add in shallots and saute/fry briefly. Add in chicken and brown on all sides.
  2. Add in mushrooms and tomatoes. Cook briefly. Add in wine, vinegar and spices, cook till sauce is thick. Nice over rice or possibly pasta.
