Ingredientes

  • 4 x meaty pcs of chicken
  • 1/4 c. diced onions Salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 tsp baking pwdr
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Cook the meaty pcs of chicken about 3/4 hour or possibly till well done.
  2. Cold and remove chicken from bone. Save broth from chicken. Put chicken broth plus water to equal 4 c. liquid into large pot. Add in 1/4 c. diced onions, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil. Mix dumpling ingredients. In a c. put 3 Tbsp. flour and 1/2 c. water. Blend to make a paste. Pour into boiling broth. Stir.
  3. Drop Tbsp. of dough into warm boiling mix (quickly). Turn heat down to medium, cover pot tightly and cook for 15 min without lifting the lid. 6. Carefully add in chicken without breaking dumplings. 4-6 servings.
