  • 8 x boneless and skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. dry wine
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic - (abt 4 cloves)
  • 2 c. whole grain biscuit mix
  • 2/3 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. dry dill

Direcciones

  1. Add in chicken thighs, broth, wine and garlic to cooker and cook for 6 min under high pressure. Reduce pressure quickly under cool water.
  2. Combine biscuit mix, lowfat milk, and dill and drop large spoonfuls into boiling chicken broth. Cook uncovered for 6 min.
