Ingredientes

  • 3 ounce chicken breast, sliced
  • 1/2 carrot, sliced
  • 1 ounce frzn green peas
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 scallions, sliced
  • 1 quart. soup stock
  • 1 teaspoon Sake
  • 3 drops sesame oil (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Heat soup stock and add in salt, Sake and soy sauce. When it comes to boil, add in chicken and carrot and cook over medium heat for 3 min. Add in green peas.Beat large eggs well and pour slowly into boiling soup, constantly stirring. When large eggs become hardened, pour into individual serving bowls and garnish with scallions.
