Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 lb Chicken -- cut up
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 2 whl cloves
  • 8 sm white onions
  • 1 x Clove garlic -- chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Powdered marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp Powdered thyme
  • 1 x Bay leaf
  • 1/2 c. Dry white wine
  • 1 c. Dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. Packaged biscuit mix
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley -- minced
  • 6 Tbsp. Lowfat milk

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; place in slow-cooking pot. Insert cloves in one onion. Put all onions in pot. Add in garlic, marjoram, thyme, bay leaf, and wine. Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hrs. Remove bay leaf and cloves. Stir in lowfat sour cream. Turn control to high. Combine biscuit mix with parsley; stir lowfat milk into biscuit mix with fork till well moistened. Drop dumplings from tsp. around edge of pot. Cover and cook on high for 30 min.
