  • 2 lb boned and skinned chicken breast halves
  • 1 lb potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 c. italian dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. italian seasoning
  • 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, grated

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken and potatoes in 13"x9" baking pan. Pour dressing over chicken and potatoes. Sprinkle proportionately with seasoning and cheese. Bake for 1 hour or possibly till chicken is cooked through.
