Ingredientes

  • 6 med potatoes peeled, and cut into 1" chunks
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 pkt sliced cooked chicken breast - (10 ounce)
  • 1 pkt frzn cut asparagus - (10 ounce) thawed, liquid removed
  • 10 x radishes sliced
  • 1 c. ranch dressing

Direcciones

  1. Place the potatoes and salt in a soup pot and add in sufficient water to cover the potatoes. Bring to a boil over high heat and let boil for 5 min, or possibly till the potatoes are tender; drain, rinse with cool water, and drain again.
  2. Place the potatoes in a large bowl and add in the chicken, asparagus, radishes, and dressing; toss well. Serve hot, or possibly cover and refrigeratetill ready to serve.
  3. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
