Ingredientes

  • 4 chicken breast or possibly 1 chicken, cut up
  • 1 pack yellow saffron rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. water
  • 3/4 c. water

Direcciones

  1. Grease 13"x9"x2" pan and put in rice. Pour 1 c. water over rice. Put chicken on top of rice. Next pour soup over chicken. You may add in 1 small can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed, if you desire. Pour 3/4 c. water over top and cook 1 1/2 hrs at 325 to 350 degrees.
