Ingredientes

  • 1 chicken, cut in pcs
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 bell pepper, minced
  • Parsley
  • 3 tbsp. Lea & Perrin's
  • 3 tbsp. Louisiana warm sauce
  • 3/4 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1 cooking spoon sugar
  • Water
  • Season to taste

Direcciones

  1. Brown chicken and sausage, drain grease. Cook onions, bell peppers, parsley, and garlic. Add in tomato paste, tomato sauce, Lea & Perrin's warm sauce and barbecue sauce and all remaining ingredients. Cook for 30 min. Add in chicken and sausage and water to cover 1/2 inch over chicken and sausage. Simmer for 30 min. Add in sugar and simmer for 1 hour. Serve over rice.
