  • 1LB SHRIMP MEDIUM PEELED AND DEVEINED
  • 1LB CHICKEN TENDERLOINS CUT IN 1 INCH CUBES
  • 4 SCALLIONS CHOPPED
  • 1TBLS OIL PEANUT OIL
  • 3 GARLIC CLOVES MINCED
  • 1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
  • 1TBLS LEMON JUICE
  • \1 TBLS LIME JUICE
  • SAUCE
  • 1.2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
  • 1 TBLS BUTTER
  • 2/3 CUP HALF AND HALF
  • 1/2 CUP CHUNKY PEANUT BUTTER
  • 2-1/2 TEASPOONS BROWN SUGAR
  • 3/4 TSP LEMON JUICE
  • 3/4 TSP LIME JUICE
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
  • 1SMALL HOT FRESH CHILE PEPPER DICED

  1. THREAD SHRIMP AND CHICKEN ONTO SKEWERS
  2. SET ASIDE
  3. IN A SKILLET ADD PEANUT OIL AND SAUTE SCALLIONS AND GARLIC,ADD WINE AND BOTH JUICES
