Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Boned and skinned chicken breasts, grnd
  • 1 lb Grnd veal
  • 2 whl egg whites
  • 2 slc Bread, soaked-water or possibly wine
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c. Yoshida's gourmet sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Place in loaf pan
  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
  4. NOTES :***Can add in minced onions as well.
