Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 med red pepper, cut into 2" strips
  • 1 med green pepper, cut into 2" strips
  • 1 sm onion, sliced
  • 1 can Campbell's(r) Golden brown Mushroom Soup
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. canned black beans, rinsed and liquid removed (optional)
  • 1 c. uncooked Minute(r) White Rice
  • 8 x flour tortillas (8")

Direcciones

  1. HEAT 1 tbsp. oil in skillet. Add in chicken and cook till browned, stirring often. Add in remaining oil. Add in peppers and onions and cook till tender-crisp. Add in soup, water and beans. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
  2. SPOON about 3/4 c. chicken mix down center of each tortilla. Fold tortilla around filling.
  3. Serves 4.
