Ingredientes

  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 pound chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 3/4-1 c. white wine
  • 1 lg. onion, sliced

Direcciones

  1. Remove skin from chicken.
  2. Mix herbs.
  3. Brown chicken in butter in skillet. Sprinkle with herb mix.
  4. Combine lemon juice and wine.
  5. Arrange chicken in casserole dish. Place sliced onions over chicken. Add in wine mix.
  6. Cover; bake 45-60 min in a 375 degree oven.
