Ingredientes

  • Chicken cutlets (10 boneless breasts)
  • 3/4 stick butter, melted
  • 1 pkg. full Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. white wine (you can vary the amount)
  • Seasoned bread crumbs
  • Sliced ham (optional)

Direcciones

  1. (Cut into sticks, 1 1/2 inches x 1 1/2 inches, approximate size).
  2. Lb. chicken breast to make tender.
  3. Dip cutlet in egg and bread crumbs.
  4. Wrap a cutlet around cheese stick and ham slice.
  5. Arrange cutlets in buttered dish, tuck ends in to create neat rolls.
  6. Pour melted butter over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour, then pour wine over chicken and bake an additional 1/2 hour. Makes for a special dinner.
