Chicken Baked In Tomato Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 5 pound chicken
  • 2/3 c. uncooked rice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 quart. canned tomatoes
  • 2 to 3 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Cut chicken in serving pcs and arrange in 3 qt casserole. Lightly brwon rice, garlic, and onion in butter over low heat, stirring constantly. Add in tomatoes and seasoning. Pour over chicken, cover and bake in 350 degrees oven till chicken is tender.
