Ingredientes

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp. instant chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dry marjoram leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 8 chicken legs (or possibly 1 cut up chicken)

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients (except chicken) in bowl. Add in chicken and coat well. Let stand at room temperature for 4 to 5 hrs. Broil over grill or possibly in oven broiler 30 min, turning frequently.
