Ingredientes

  • 2 to 3 c. chicken breast
  • 2 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 c. peas (sm. can) optional
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. flour
  • 2/3 c. chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 can Pillsbury biscuits (buttermilk)

Direcciones

  1. Cook chicken breast till done. Cold and tear in bite size pcs. Cook potatoes and peas till done.
  2. In roaster pan, heat butter, add in flour. Cook stirring till thick. Add in lowfat milk and chicken broth to make gravy. Add in chicken, potatoes and peas. Cook till bubbly. Stirring occasionally. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min, after placing biscuits on top of mix, or possibly till golden.
