Chicken Breast with Spinach and Cream Cheese Filling

An awesome recipe I've learned and tried at home. Very nice, creamy chicken meat, and yummy!

Ingredientes

  • 2 whole Chicken breast, deboned
  • 1 bunch Spinach leaves, washed
  • 1/2 stick Cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Japanese bread crumbs
  • 2 egss, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • canola oil for deep frying

Direcciones

  1. Saute the spinach leaves in 1 tsp of canola oil.
  2. Season with salt and pepper,
  3. Stir fry till well done and set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cheeses, garlic powder, and spinach.
  5. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Get the chicken breast and make a pocket between the meat and insert enough amount of filling inside.
  7. Dip the chicken with filling on flour, egg, and bread crumbs simultaneously.
  8. Deep fry.
  9. Rest the cooked chicken on a paper towel before serving.
