Chicken Breasts Southwestern (Grilled)

Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c. Lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Green chilies minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh garlic chopped
  • 4 x Chicken breasts halves Skinned
  • 8 slc Cheddar cheese Salsa

Direcciones

  1. In 9" square baking pan stir together all marinade ngredients. Add in chicken breasts; marinate, turning once, in refrigerator at least 45 min.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare grill placing coals to one side; heat till coals are ash white. Make aluminum foil drip pan; place opposite coals. Remove chicken from marinade; drain. Grill chicken 7 min; turn. Continue grilling till fork tender, 6 to 8 min.
  3. Top each chicken breast with 2 slices cheese. Continue grilling till cheese begins to heat. Serve with salsa.
