Ingredientes

  • 1 x Jar (2 1/2 ounce) Dry Beef
  • 2 x Med. Stalks Celery, Minced
  • 1 x Small Onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly Margarine
  • 2 c. Cooked Rice
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced Parsley
  • 1 x Jar (1 ounce) Pine Nuts (opt.)
  • 1 1/2 lb (2 Med.) Chicken Breasts *
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 1 x Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Have the butcher bone and cut each breast in to halves.
  2. Snip beef into small pcs. Cover and microwave beef, celery, onion and margarine in 2-Quart casserole on high (100%) till onion is crisp tender, 3 to 4 min. Stir in rice, parsley, and pine nuts. Arrange chicken breasts skin sides up and thickest parts ot outside on rice mix.
  3. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and paprika. Cover and microwave 5 min; turn casserole one half turn. Microwave till chicken is done, 8 to 11 min.
