Ingredientes

  • 4 x boneless chicken breast halves with skin (abt 6 ounce ea)
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp warm chili oil
  • 2 tsp dark sesame oil

Direcciones

  1. To make the Marinade: In a medium bowl whisk together all the marinade ingredients.
  2. Rinse the chicken breasts under cool water and pat dry with paper towels. Place the chicken breasts in a large, resealable plastic bag and pour in the marinade. Press out the air and seal the bag tightly. Turn the bag to distribute the marinade, place the bag in a bowl, and chill for at least 12 hrs or possibly as long as 24 hrs.
  3. Remove the chicken breasts from the bag and throw away the marinade. Grill over Direct Medium heat till the meat is hard and the juices run clear, 8 to 12 min, turning once halfway through grilling time. Serve hot with green beans, if you like.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  5. Wine Recommendation: Open a bottle of red wine with lots of fruit, like a California Cabernet Sauvignon.
  6. Beer Recommendation: A Vienna-style malt with a spicy sweetness is tremendous here.
