Chicken, Broccoli And Cheddar Loaf

Ingredientes

  • 1 loaf frzn bread dough (one-lb. loaf) white or possibly honey wheat
  • 2 c. Cooked chicken, diced or possibly ham or possibly turkey
  • 1/2 med yellow onion finely diced
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pkt Frzn broccoli (10 ounce pkg) thawed and well liquid removed
  • 2 c. Low far Cheddar cheese shredded

Direcciones

  1. Let frzn bread dough thaw till pliable.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare filling. In a medium size bowl, combine meat, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well. Set aside.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough out to a 14- by 9-inch rectangle. (If dough shrinks back after rolling let dough rest a few min, then roll again.)
  4. Proportionately top dough with meat mix lengthwise down center third of dough. Top with broccoli and cheese.
  5. Fold up sides of dough and seal. Place dough on a greased baking sheet seam side down. Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 30-40 min or possibly till golden and sounds hollow when tapped on. Remove loaf pan from pan; cold on wire rack. Slice and serve.
