Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. chicken breasts
  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 1 lg. bell pepper, minced
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
  • Dash of garlic salt
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 ounce.) can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, grated

Direcciones

  1. Boil chicken reserving 1 c. broth. Bone chicken and cut into bite-size pcs. Saute/fry onion and bell pepper in butter. Combine chili pwdr, garlic salt, soups, broth, and Rotel (liquid removed and crushed).
  2. Place half the chicken in large casserole, top with half soup mix, tortilla strips, onion, and green pepper, then cheese. Repeat layers.
