- Saute/fry onion, snow peas and celery in butter. Combine onion, snow peas, celery, chicken, cashews, soup and broth; place in casserole dish. Store covered in the refrigerator overnight. Before baking sprinkle noodles over the top. Bake 30 min at 375 degrees. Makes 8 servings. Nutritional information per serving: 243 calories, 704 milligrams sodium, 13 grams fat; 23 grams carbohydrates. Freezes well.
- Note: If you're planning on freezing a portion of this, don't put Chinese noodles on when baking. Just serve them at the table. I serve this with rice.
