Ingredientes

  • Angel Hair Pasta (or possibly you can use hashed brown potatoes)
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips
  • 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 8 ounce shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 x (small) can sliced mushrooms (liquid removed)
  • 2 c. cooked chicken or possibly turkey, minced

Direcciones

  1. Boil pasta according to directions on package. Drain, set aside. (If using potatoes, prepare according to directions on bag or possibly fry them in a pan) Crush potato chips with a rolling to measure about 1 c. - set aside. Make a white sauce by melting butter (or possibly margarine), stirring in flour, then gradually blending in lowfat milk. Add in salt and pepper. (Note: continuous stirring is a must.)
  2. Add in cheese, stir till melted. Add in mushrooms, remove from burner. In a large casserole dish (about 8"x12") begin to layer foods. A layer of pasta, a layer of turkey, a layer of cheese sauce. Repeat the layers. Top with crushed Potato chips. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 min. Serve warm.
