Ingredientes

  • 3 sm. chicken legs
  • 2 sm. chicken thighs
  • 6 sweet Italian sausages
  • 1 lg. onion, sliced thin
  • Garlic, bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 2 (1 pound 4 ounce.) cans white kidney beans
  • 1 (16 ounce.) stewed tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper, sliced

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry chicken and sausages over medium heat till well browned on all sides. Drain off fat. Add in onion and garlic and saute/fry 3 min. Add in tomatoes, thyme and bay leaf. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook 10 min.
  2. Add in green pepper, beans and wine. Cook covered till chicken and green pepper are tender, about 10 min. Serve with salad and crusty bread.
