Ingredientes

  • 1 whole chicken, cut up, or possibly 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms
  • 2 pods garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 2 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 can chicken stock
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can peas
  • 3 med. potatoes, cubed
  • 1/4 - 1/2 pound butter

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry potatoes in butter till light brown (crispy); set aside. Repeat with chicken and mushrooms individually and set aside also. Saute/fry garlic and push it to sides of pan; brown flour and then add in stock slowly. Return chicken to pan, cook 1 hour. Add in peas, mushrooms, parsley and potatoes. Heat thoroughly. Serves 4.
