Ingredientes

  • 1 ounce Bean threads (cellophane noodles)
  • 1/2 ounce Dry black Chinese mushrooms
  • 6 ounce Chicken breast, skinless, boneless, finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Canola oil
  • 1/4 c. Onion, minced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 6 1/2 ounce Crabmeat, liquid removed, flaked
  • 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce

Direcciones

  1. Pour sufficient warm water to cover bean threads and dry mushroom. Let stand 30 min to soften. Stir fry chicken in oil 2-3 min till no longer pink. Push to side of wok. Add in onion and garlic; stir fry 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir crabmeat into chicken mix with fish sauce. Drain bean threads and mushrooms; finely chop and add in to chicken mix.
  2. Makes enoughfilling for 9 spring rolls (18 halves).
