Ingredientes

  • 6 x skinless boneless chicken breast halves in bite size pcs 2 Tb extra virgin olive oil for sauteing (original)
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 x cloves garlic chopped
  • 3/4 c. onion minced
  • 1/2 c. green pepper minced
  • 2 tsp curry pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 c. cherry tomatoes halved

Direcciones

  1. In a large skillet or possibly wok, saute/fry chicken in extra virgin olive oil till chicken is cooked through.
  2. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. Heat margarine in same skillet. Saute/fry garlic, onion, and green pepper untilsoft.
  4. Blend in curry pwdr, thyme, and salt.
  5. Add in chicken and stir till well coated with sauce. Stir in tomatoes.
  6. Notes: A dish pretty sufficient and tasty sufficient for company.
