Ingredientes

  • 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 2 Packages frzn asparagus or possibly broccoli flowerettes
  • 1 (10 ounce.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Cut chicken into 2 inch strips or possibly bite size. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and saute/fry in heated oil till white and opaque. Cut asparagus into bite size or possibly broccoli and cook till tender. Drain and place in 1 1/2 qt casserole. Put sauteed chicken over vegetables. Mix all ingredients, except cheese. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Serves about 4. (You may double or possibly triple recipe for a great party main dish.)
