Ingredientes

  • 9 x inch prebaked pie shell
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 x onion, finely minced
  • 2 tsp curry pwdr
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 2 c. coarsely minced cooked, boiled with onions and celery, chicken
  • 2 tsp chopped chutney

Direcciones

  1. In a small skillet, heat 1 Tbsp. butter. Cook onion over medium heat till tender. Stir in remaining butter and curry pwdr. Cook 1 minute. Beat Large eggs with cream and salt. Stir in onion mix. Taste and add in more curry pwdr. Stir in chicken and chutney. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 min.
  2. Serves 4-6.
  3. VARIATION: Could be prepared with filo.
