Ingredientes

  • 6 x Hard cooked Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Finely minced cooked chicken
  • 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated onion
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
  • 3/4 tsp Warm pepper sauce to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped parsley Paprika for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Cut Large eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks & place in a small bowl.
  2. Marsh yolks we/ a fork. Add in chicken, mayonnaise, onion, Dijon mustard, dry mustard, warm sauce & parsley. Blend well. Stuff egg whites w/ yolk mix. Sprinkle tops w/ paprika to garnish. Cover & chill till serving time.
