Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 2 c. Water (or possibly to dipping consistency)

Direcciones

  1. Combine above . Dry chicken before dipping in mix. For a quarter of a chicken we cook it 20 min starting at 350 degrees and reducing to 325 degrees after about 5 min.
