Ingredientes

  • 3 c. minced cooked chicken breast
  • 2 x (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup undiluted
  • 1 x (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed chicken broth undiluted
  • 1 x (15 ounce) can mixed vegetables - liquid removed
  • 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 2 c. biscuit mix
  • 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well; pour chicken mix into a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2 inch baking dish. Combine biscuit mix, lowfat sour cream, and lowfat milk in a medium bowl; spoon over chicken mix.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 50 to 60 min or possibly till topping is golden brown.
  3. Serves 8
