Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredientes

  • 1 large can of cooked chunk chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 16oz sour cream
  • 16 oz shredded mozerella cheese
  • 1 package of flour tortillas
  • 2 cans of refried beans

Direcciones

  1. mix together soups and sour cream. Butter a 9x13 pan. Put about 1/2 cup of the soup mixture in the pan and a can of refried beans and spread around. Add a small amount of the soup mixture to the chicken just to moisten. Down the center of each tortilla, place a line of the chicken mixture. top this with shredded mozzarella cheese. Roll up each tortilla and place in the pan. Spread the second can over the top and then spread the remaining soup mixture over the top of that and then sprinkle more mozzarella cheese over that. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until hot.
