Ingredientes

- Salt
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced lengthwise into 1/4-inch strips
- 2 bell peppers, sliced into 1/4-inch strips
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, sliced
- Marinade:
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- For Serving:
- 4-6 flour tortillas – or serve over rice
- Salsa
- Sliced avocado
- Sour cream
- shredded cheese
