Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 1/4 c. lime juice
  • 1 x clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. minced cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp chili pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp grated lime peel
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 c. sliced onion
  • 1 c. sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 c. sliced green bell pepper
  • 6 x flour tortillas
  • 1 c. prepared guacamole
  • 1 c. salsa
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion

Direcciones

  1. Combine wine, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, oil, chili pwdr, salt and lime peel; mix well. Add in chicken, tossing to coat. Marinate 1 to 2 hrs in covered shallow bowl in the refrigerator.
  2. Broil or possibly grill chicken till juices run clear.
  3. Saute/fry onion, red pepper and green pepper till tender.
  4. Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and bake at 300 F for 5 min or possibly till hot.
  5. Thinly slice chicken and wrap in tortillas with vegetables and choice of condiments.
