Ingredientes

  • 2 lb chicken feet
  • 5 x potatoes cut in eighths
  • 4 x onions, quartered
  • 3 x carrots, sliced
  • 1 c. green beans
  • 3 x bay leaves
  • 1 x clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 x salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Cut nails. Wash feet. Place in stockpot. Cover with water. 2. Add in potatoes, onions, carrots, green beans, bay leaf, garlic, salt and pepper to season. Simmer till tender. Remove bay leaf beforeserving.
