Chicken Fettuccine

Ingredientes

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 c. half and half or possibly cream
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. green onions, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoons lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in skillet and saute/fry chicken that has been cut into 2 inch chunks. When chicken begins to take on color, add in garlic and green onions.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients except lemon juice, cover and simmer over low heat till mix thickens and chicken is tender.
  3. Serve over cooked and liquid removed fettuccine. Sprinkle with lemon juice and additional Parmesan cheese if you like.
