Chicken Fillet with Pineapple a-la Chinese

This is a fast sour-sweet dish in the manner of Chinese food.

Ingredientes

  • 1.5 lbs chicken fillet
  • 2 medium carrot
  • 3 bell pepper
  • 2 small onions
  • 3 slices garlic
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2-3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Chop garlic. Cut chicken, onions, bell pep into cubes, slice carrots.
  2. Put garlic into heated pan. Add oil. fry a little.
  3. Add chicken. Right after chicken add onions. Fry until chicken get white.
  4. Add pepper and carrots. Fry for 3 minutes stirring gently.
  5. Add soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sugar. Fry for 5 mins.
  6. Serve with rice or noodle.
