Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 pound boneless chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. peas
  • 1 c. diced potatoes, cooked
  • 1/2 c. carrots, cooked
  • 2 c. skimmed lowfat milk blanched
  • 1/2 c. tiny pearl onions, blanched
  • 3 tbsp. tarragon leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. 1 piece frzn pie crust. 1 egg lightly beaten with 1 tsp. water.
  2. Cut chicken into 1 inch pcs. Saute/fry chicken in butter for 3-4 min. Add in flour and cook, stirring constantly for 1-2 min. Add in lowfat milk and simmer till slightly thickened. Add in vegetables, tarragon, salt, and pepper. Mix. Top: with frzn pie crust, brush with egg. Bake 10-15 min at 450 degrees for ???? and then reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook 20 min.
